1.Product Property
A165 is a white to slightly yellowish flake, powder or granule. It is an anionic/non-ionic self-emulsifying system with HLB 11.2. The product disperses easily in hot water, giving stable oil-in-water emulsions even at low pH or high electrolyte levels, and builds low-viscosity lotions without additional co-emulsifiers.

3.Application Scope and Usage
A165 is widely used as a single self-emulsifier for low-viscosity creams and lotions, especially those rich in non-polar oils. It tolerates low pH and high electrolyte concentrations, making it ideal for antiperspirant roll-ons, acidic facial cleansers and sunscreen emulsions. Typical dosage is 2–5 % of the oil phase in hot-process emulsions; it can be combined with other emulsifiers to adjust viscosity or texture.
4.Package and Storage
Supplied in 25 kg multi-layer kraft paper bags with PE inner liner, palletised and shrink-wrapped. Store in a dry, well-ventilated warehouse at 5–35 °C, away from moisture and strong oxidisers. Keep bags tightly closed. Shelf life is 24 months from manufacture date under recommended conditions.
