2-Ethenol is a colorless transparent liquid with an apple-like aroma. It is slightly soluble in water but highly soluble in organic solvents. This compound is widely used in the industrial field. 2-Octanone is a natural ketone-based fragrance, mainly used in food flavoring (blue cheese, fruit flavors, FEMA 2802), cosmetic fragrances (herbal perfumes, soap ingredients), and industrial solvents (resins, paints). Its unique moldy and fruity characteristics make it a key component for special flavors and high-end perfumes.

2-Ethylhexanone is packaged in 25kg aluminum drums or HDPE plastic drums. For food-grade products, it needs to be protected by nitrogen filling. It should be stored in a cool, dark place (< 25℃), sealed tightly to prevent oxidation, and kept away from fire sources and strong acids. Shelf life: 24 months.
