Butyl lactate diester, as a food additive (FEMA 2190), is mainly used to enhance the flavor of butter and cream, and is specifically applied to dairy products (butter, cheese), baked goods (cakes, cookies), snacks (popcorn, chips), and condiments.
4- العبوة والتخزين
Dialactate butylate is packaged in 5kg brown glass bottles or aluminum cans (filled with nitrogen), with a food-grade inner lining of inert film. It should be stored in a dark place at a temperature of <20℃. After opening, it needs to be filled with nitrogen and used within 1 month. The shelf life is 12 months.
