Ethyl Caprylate is widely used as a food flavoring (beverages, candies, dairy), fragrance ingredient (soaps, perfumes), and alcoholic beverage enhancer (wine, spirits) for its sweet, fruity (pineapple/coconut) aroma. It’s also applied in tobacco flavoring and pharmaceutical syrups.
4- العبوة والتخزين
Ethyl Caprylate is packaged in 25kg aluminum or stainless steel drums. For food-grade products, it should be lined with PE film. Store in a cool, dark place (< 25℃), away from fire sources and oxidants. Seal tightly to prevent evaporation. The shelf life is 24 months.
