Ethyl propionate is an organic compound. It is a colorless liquid with a pineapple aroma. It is insoluble in water but miscible with ethanol, ether, propylene glycol and most other organic solvents.

3- نطاق التطبيق والاستخدام
It is used to blend edible essences such as bananas, pineapples, cream, pears, bubble gum, mangosteens, rum, apples, grapes, peaches, tropical fruits, etc. It can also be used in tobacco and alcoholic essences, as a solvent for cellulose esters, ethers, resins, and also for organic synthesis.
4- العبوة والتخزين
Ethyl propionate is packaged in 25kg aluminum drums or galvanized iron drums with a food-grade inner lining of PE film. It should be stored in a cool and ventilated place (< 25℃), away from fire sources and oxidants. The shelf life is 24 months.
