Softener Flake 801 is a pale-yellow, ≥99 % active, weakly cationic softener supplied as free-flowing chips. It dissolves rapidly in cold or hot water to form stable, low-foam emulsions. The product imparts outstanding softness, smoothness and anti-static properties to all natural and synthetic fibres while maintaining good rewettability.

3- نطاق التطبيق والاستخدام
Softener Flake 801 is designed for exhaust and pad–dry processes on cotton, viscose, polyester, nylon, acrylic and their blends. Typical use levels are 1–3 % o.w.f. in exhaust (40–50 °C, 20–30 min, pH 4–6, liquor ratio 1:10–20) or 20–60 g L⁻¹ in pad–dry (pick-up 60–80 %, drying 110–130 °C). Prepare an 8–10 % stock emulsion first, then dilute to working concentration. It is compatible with most non-ionic and weakly cationic auxiliaries and is suitable for household, apparel and technical textiles.
4- العبوة والتخزين
The product is packed in 20 kg multi-wall kraft bags with PE liner. Pallets of 600 kg (30 bags) are stretch-wrapped for safe transport. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated warehouse away from acids, strong oxidizers and direct sunlight. Under these conditions the shelf life is six months from date of manufacture. The material is non-hazardous and can be moved as ordinary chemical cargo.
