Softener Paste 802 is a pale-yellow to brownish paste, pH 5–7 (1 %), active matter 88–92 %. It dissolves in cold water forming low-foam emulsions and imparts outstanding softness, smoothness, antistatic and hydrophilic properties to all natural and synthetic fibres. It is non-yellowing, stable to acids and compatible with most dyeing auxiliaries.

3.Ámbito de aplicación y uso
Designed for exhaust and pad processes on cotton, viscose, polyester, nylon, acrylic and their blends. The paste is first diluted to 10 % stock emulsion; final bath is 1–3 % o.w.f. in exhaust (40–50 °C, 20–30 min, pH 4–6) or 20–60 g L⁻¹ in pad (pick-up 60–80 %, drying 110–130 °C). It yields full, silky, smooth hand with excellent absorbency and sewability.
4.Embalaje y almacenamiento
Supplied in 50 kg net PE drums. Keep containers tightly closed in a cool, dry, well-ventilated warehouse away from direct sunlight, frost and ignition sources. Avoid contamination with strong acids, alkalis or oxidants. Shelf life is six months under recommended conditions; gentle stirring before use restores homogeneity if separation occurs.
