It is used for preparing perfumes for daily soaps, also for pharmaceuticals, and is widely applied in fields such as organic synthesis, medicine, synthetic fragrances and industrial solvents.

Ethyl Salicylate (Food Grade) should be packaged in airtight, light-resistant containers and stored in a cool (<25°C), dry, well-ventilated area away from heat and direct sunlight. Avoid contact with strong oxidizers and reactive metals (e.g., copper, aluminum). Shelf life is typically 24 months when properly sealed.
