Ethyl vanillin is a broad-spectrum flavoring agent. It is one of the most important synthetic flavors in the world today and an indispensable key raw material in the food additive industry. Its aroma is 3 to 4 times that of vanillin and it has a rich fragrance of vanilla beans, with a long-lasting scent.

3.Ámbito de aplicación y uso

Ethyl Vanillin (food-grade) is used as a high-intensity vanilla flavor enhancer (3-4x stronger than vanillin) in chocolate, ice cream, baked goods, candies, and beverages.

 

4.Embalaje y almacenamiento

Ethyl Vanillin (food-grade) must be packaged in double-layer sealed containers (aluminum foil + food-grade PE liner) and stored in a cool (<25°C), dry (humidity ≤60%), light-proof environment, away from oxidizers. Unopened shelf life is 24 months; once opened, use within 12 months with strict resealing to prevent moisture absorption and oxidation.
