Gamma Nonalactone is an organic compound. At room temperature, it is a colorless to pale yellow oily liquid with a coconut aroma. When diluted, it exhibits an almond or peach-like fragrance.

3.Ámbito de aplicación y uso
Used as a spice, it is blended with fruits such as peaches, apricots, plums and strawberries to create fruit-flavored fragrance essences, which are used in food and tobacco products; it can also be combined with floral essences like ylang-ylang, jasmine and gardenia, as well as oriental fragrances, for use in cosmetics and soap.
4.Embalaje y almacenamiento
Gamma Nonalactone is packaged in 25kg aluminum drums (filled with nitrogen) with a food-grade inner PE film lining. It should be stored in a dark place at a temperature not exceeding 20℃ in a cool environment. It must be tightly sealed to prevent oxidation. The shelf life is 24 months. After opening, it needs to be filled with nitrogen and used up within 3 months.
