El acetato de estiralilo es un l\u00edquido incoloro. Tiene una fuerte fragancia que recuerda al jazm\u00edn. Su punto de ebullici\u00f3n es de 214\u2103 y su punto de inflamaci\u00f3n es de 81\u2103. Es soluble en etanol y en la mayor\u00eda de los aceites no vol\u00e1tiles, y es f\u00e1cilmente soluble en glicerol y aceite mineral, pero es insoluble en agua.<\/p>\n

3.\u00c1mbito de aplicaci\u00f3n y uso<\/h4>\n

El acetato de estiralilo, como aditivo alimentario (FEMA 2684), se utiliza principalmente para mezclar aromas florales como el jazm\u00edn y la gardenia en esencias de fragancias. Se aplica ampliamente en bebidas (bebidas a base de t\u00e9, zumos de fruta), caramelos (caramelos duros, caramelos de gel) y productos l\u00e1cteos (yogur con aroma floral), impartiendo una nota de fondo floral fresca y elegante.<\/p>\n

4.Embalaje y almacenamiento<\/h4>\n

El acetato de estiralilo se envasa en bidones oscuros de HDPE de 25 kg (protegidos con nitr\u00f3geno) con un revestimiento interior de pel\u00edcula de PE de calidad alimentaria. Debe almacenarse en un lugar fresco y oscuro (< 25\u2103), cerrado herm\u00e9ticamente para evitar la oxidaci\u00f3n y alejado de fuentes de calor. Su vida \u00fatil es de 24 meses.
