La gamma undecalactona se utiliza como aditivo alimentario (FEMA 3091), principalmente para mezclar sabores de alta gama como melocot\u00f3n, nata y coco. Se utiliza espec\u00edficamente en productos l\u00e1cteos de primera calidad (mantequilla, queso), postres (mousse, pudding), bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas (licores aromatizados) y chocolates de lujo.<\/p>\n

4.Embalaje y almacenamiento<\/h4>\n

Gamma Undecalactone se envasa en un tanque de vac\u00edo de acero inoxidable de 10 kg (lleno de nitr\u00f3geno) o en una botella de vidrio marr\u00f3n, con un revestimiento interior de grado alimentario de una membrana inerte. Debe almacenarse en condiciones estrictas de cadena de fr\u00edo a 2-8\u2103. Una vez abierto, debe llenarse inmediatamente con nitr\u00f3geno y utilizarse en el plazo de un mes.
