1.<\/b><\/strong>Propiedad del producto<\/b><\/strong><\/h3>\n

Es muy soluble en agua, y la soluci\u00f3n es de color blanco lechoso. No resiste \u00e1cidos fuertes, \u00e1lcalis fuertes, sales de metales pesados ni agentes reductores. Penetra r\u00e1pida y uniformemente, y tiene buenas propiedades humectantes, penetrantes, emulsionantes y espumantes. El efecto de penetraci\u00f3n es mejor por debajo de 40\u00b0 C. A altas temperaturas, es m\u00e1s propenso a la hidr\u00f3lisis cuando se expone a \u00e1lcalis. Es conveniente tratar primero el tejido con un penetrante por debajo de 40\u00b0 C antes de calentarlo. El penetrante T no es resistente a los \u00e1lcalis fuertes y no debe a\u00f1adirse directamente a una soluci\u00f3n alcalina concentrada. La soluci\u00f3n alcalina debe diluirse antes de a\u00f1adir el penetrante T.<\/p>\n

2.\u00a0<\/b>\u00c1mbito de aplicaci\u00f3n y uso<\/b><\/strong><\/h3>\n

Este producto es un penetrante muy eficaz. Se utiliza para tratar tejidos de algod\u00f3n, lino, viscosa y mezclas. Tras el tratamiento, el tejido puede blanquearse o te\u00f1irse directamente sin necesidad de descrudado. Esto puede mejorar los defectos de te\u00f1ido causados por el algod\u00f3n muerto. El tejido despu\u00e9s de la estampaci\u00f3n y el te\u00f1ido tiene un tacto m\u00e1s suave y con m\u00e1s cuerpo. Durante el proceso de descrudado y blanqueo, es mejor eliminar primero el apresto para garantizar el efecto de penetraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

3.\u00a0<\/b>Embalaje y almacenamiento<\/b><\/strong><\/h3>\n

Se suministra en bidones de polietileno de alta densidad homologados por la ONU de 25 kg, 50 kg, 125 kg o 200 kg, y en contenedores IBC de 1000 kg. Los bidones se sellan bajo nitr\u00f3geno y se etiquetan con el n\u00famero de lote y la fecha de caducidad. Almacenar en un almac\u00e9n fresco, seco y ventilado a 5-35 \u00b0C, lejos de \u00e1cidos fuertes, \u00e1lcalis y oxidantes. Mantener los envases bien cerrados y evitar la luz solar directa.
