PEG-40 is widely used as an emulsifier and solubiliser in cosmetic, pharmaceutical and industrial formulations. It stabilises oil-in-water emulsions, solubilises essential oils and fragrances, and improves the dispersion of hydrophobic actives in aqueous media. Typical cosmetic dosage is 0.5\u20135 %; in pharmaceutical preparations it serves as a solubiliser for poorly soluble drugs. It is also employed in agrochemical emulsifiable concentrates and metal-working fluids .<\/p>\n

4.Embalaje y almacenamiento<\/h3>\n

Supplied in 190 kg epoxy-lined steel drums or 1 000 kg IBC totes, net weight. Store in a cool, dry, ventilated warehouse at 5\u201335 \u00b0C, away from direct sunlight, moisture and strong oxidisers. Keep containers tightly closed to prevent moisture uptake. Shelf life is 24 months from date of manufacture under recommended storage conditions .<\/p>\n
