White Oil Emulsifier es un l\u00edquido amarillo p\u00e1lido compuesto por tensioactivos no i\u00f3nicos activos \u226599 % y auxiliares sin\u00e9rgicos. Forma r\u00e1pidamente microemulsiones estables de aceite en agua con un caracter\u00edstico brillo azul, presenta una baja irritaci\u00f3n, sigue siendo compatible con la mayor\u00eda de los aditivos cosm\u00e9ticos e industriales y solo requiere un sencillo equipo de agitaci\u00f3n para su procesamiento.<\/p>\n

3.\u00c1mbito de aplicaci\u00f3n y uso<\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

El emulsionante est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado para cremas y lociones cosm\u00e9ticas, fluidos para trabajar el metal, suavizantes textiles, coadyuvantes agr\u00edcolas, abrillantadores dom\u00e9sticos y cualquier formulaci\u00f3n que requiera un aceite blanco finamente disperso. Dispensar 10-15 % del emulsionante en agua bajo agitaci\u00f3n moderada, a\u00f1adir lentamente el aceite blanco requerido y continuar agitando hasta obtener una microemulsi\u00f3n uniforme y azulada. Ajustar la temperatura a 25-60 \u00b0C para un procesado m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido; las emulsiones finales permanecen estables entre 5 \u00b0C y 50 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n

4.Embalaje y almacenamiento<\/h3>\n

El producto est\u00e1 disponible en bidones de 50 kg y 200 kg de polietileno de cabeza apretada o de acero revestido de resina epoxi-fen\u00f3lica. Almacenar en un almac\u00e9n fresco, seco y bien ventilado, alejado de la luz solar directa, oxidantes y \u00e1cidos fuertes. Mantener los envases bien cerrados; evitar la congelaci\u00f3n. En las condiciones recomendadas, la vida \u00fatil es de 24 meses a partir de la fecha de fabricaci\u00f3n.
