El suavizante en escamas 801 es un suavizante d\u00e9bilmente cati\u00f3nico, de color amarillo p\u00e1lido, activo \u226599 %, que se suministra en forma de virutas que fluyen libremente. Se disuelve r\u00e1pidamente en agua fr\u00eda o caliente para formar emulsiones estables de baja espuma. El producto confiere una suavidad, tersura y propiedades antiest\u00e1ticas excepcionales a todas las fibras naturales y sint\u00e9ticas, al tiempo que mantiene una buena rehumectabilidad.<\/p>\n

3.\u00c1mbito de aplicaci\u00f3n y uso<\/h3>\n

El suavizante Flake 801 est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado para procesos de escape y pad-dry en algod\u00f3n, viscosa, poli\u00e9ster, nylon, acr\u00edlico y sus mezclas. Los niveles t\u00edpicos de uso son 1-3 % p.e.v. en escape (40-50 \u00b0C, 20-30 min, pH 4-6, proporci\u00f3n de licor 1:10-20) o 20-60 g L-\u00b9 en pad-dry (recogida 60-80 %, secado 110-130 \u00b0C). Preparar primero una emulsi\u00f3n madre de 8-10 %, luego diluir hasta la concentraci\u00f3n de trabajo. Es compatible con la mayor\u00eda de los auxiliares no i\u00f3nicos y d\u00e9bilmente cati\u00f3nicos y es adecuado para textiles dom\u00e9sticos, de confecci\u00f3n y t\u00e9cnicos.<\/p>\n

4.Embalaje y almacenamiento<\/h3>\n

El producto se envasa en sacos kraft multipared de 20 kg con forro de PE. Los pal\u00e9s de 600 kg (30 sacos) se envuelven en film estirable para un transporte seguro. Almacenar en un almac\u00e9n fresco, seco y bien ventilado, alejado de \u00e1cidos, oxidantes fuertes y luz solar directa. En estas condiciones, la caducidad es de seis meses a partir de la fecha de fabricaci\u00f3n.
