La pasta suavizante 802 es una pasta de color amarillo p\u00e1lido a parduzco, pH 5-7 (1 %), materia activa 88-92 %. Se disuelve en agua fr\u00eda formando emulsiones de baja espuma e imparte una suavidad, tersura y propiedades antiest\u00e1ticas e hidr\u00f3filas extraordinarias a todas las fibras naturales y sint\u00e9ticas. No amarillea, es estable a los \u00e1cidos y compatible con la mayor\u00eda de los auxiliares de tintura.<\/p>\n

3.\u00c1mbito de aplicaci\u00f3n y uso<\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

Dise\u00f1ada para procesos de escape y tamp\u00f3n en algod\u00f3n, viscosa, poli\u00e9ster, nailon, acr\u00edlico y sus mezclas. La pasta se diluye primero a 10 % de emulsi\u00f3n madre; el ba\u00f1o final es de 1-3 % f.o.p. en escape (40-50 \u00b0C, 20-30 min, pH 4-6) o 20-60 g L-\u00b9 en tamp\u00f3n (recogida 60-80 %, secado 110-130 \u00b0C). Produce una mano plena, sedosa y suave, con excelente absorbencia y costurabilidad.<\/p>\n

4.Embalaje y almacenamiento
\nSe suministra en bidones de PE de 50 kg netos. Mantener los envases bien cerrados en un almac\u00e9n fresco, seco y bien ventilado, lejos de la luz solar directa, las heladas y las fuentes de ignici\u00f3n. Evitar la contaminaci\u00f3n con \u00e1cidos fuertes, \u00e1lcalis u oxidantes. La vida \u00fatil es de seis meses en las condiciones recomendadas; una agitaci\u00f3n suave antes del uso restablece la homogeneidad si se produce separaci\u00f3n.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
