El Antioxidante SP es un l\u00edquido viscoso de color amarillo p\u00e1lido a \u00e1mbar con olor d\u00e9bil, densidad 1,08 g cm-\u00b3 a 25 \u00b0C. Es soluble en la mayor\u00eda de los disolventes org\u00e1nicos no polares, insoluble en agua y presenta una excelente resistencia al calor, la luz y la oxidaci\u00f3n del caucho y los pol\u00edmeros.<\/p>\n

3.\u00c1mbito de aplicaci\u00f3n y uso<\/h3>\n

El SP se aplica ampliamente en cauchos naturales y sint\u00e9ticos (NR, SBR, BR, NBR) y compuestos de l\u00e1tex para prevenir la degradaci\u00f3n oxidativa durante el procesado, almacenamiento y servicio. La dosificaci\u00f3n oscila entre 0,5-3,0 phr dependiendo del tipo de pol\u00edmero y la temperatura de servicio. Funciona sin\u00e9rgicamente con otros antioxidantes y antiozonantes, y puede incorporarse directamente en molinos abiertos o en sistemas de soluci\u00f3n\/emulsi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

4.Embalaje y almacenamiento<\/h3>\n

Se suministra en bidones de acero galvanizado de 200 kg netos o en contenedores IBC de 1000 kg netos, con revestimiento inerte. Almacenar en un almac\u00e9n fresco, seco y bien ventilado, alejado de la luz solar directa, oxidantes y \u00e1cidos fuertes. Mantener los envases bien cerrados; la temperatura de almacenamiento recomendada es de 5-35 \u00b0C.
