El OP-10P es un l\u00edquido transparente entre incoloro y amarillo p\u00e1lido a 25 \u00b0C, f\u00e1cilmente soluble en agua y en la mayor\u00eda de los disolventes org\u00e1nicos. Presenta una excelente estabilidad alcalina, conservando una fuerte detergencia incluso en condiciones c\u00e1usticas concentradas. El producto proporciona excelentes efectos antiest\u00e1ticos, emulsionantes, alisadores y suavizantes, y tiene un contenido en s\u00f3lidos \u226595 % con un pH (soluci\u00f3n acuosa 2 %) \u22643,0.<\/p>\n

3.\u00c1mbito de aplicaci\u00f3n y uso<\/h3>\n

El OP-10P se utiliza ampliamente como emulsionante de alto rendimiento para la polimerizaci\u00f3n de acr\u00edlico, estireno-acr\u00edlico y acetato de vinilo, como agente humectante en pinturas, tintas y revestimientos a base de agua, y como detergente en limpiadores dom\u00e9sticos e industriales. En textiles sirve como agente de nivelaci\u00f3n y descrudado; en agroqu\u00edmicos estabiliza concentrados emulsionables y concentrados en suspensi\u00f3n. La dosis t\u00edpica es de 0,1-3 % en peso de la formulaci\u00f3n, a\u00f1adida durante la fase de emulsificaci\u00f3n o composici\u00f3n bajo agitaci\u00f3n moderada a 30-60 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n

4.Embalaje y almacenamiento<\/h3>\n

El OP-10P se suministra en bidones de PEAD de 200 kg netos con manta de nitr\u00f3geno o en contenedores IBC de 1.000 kg; hay disponibles lotes peque\u00f1os en cubos de PEAD de 25 kg. Almacenar en un almac\u00e9n fresco, seco y bien ventilado, alejado de la luz solar directa, la humedad, los oxidantes fuertes y los \u00e1cidos. La temperatura de almacenamiento recomendada es de 5-35 \u00b0C; a temperaturas m\u00e1s bajas puede producirse una cristalizaci\u00f3n parcial; homogeneizar calentando suavemente por debajo de 50 \u00b0C. Los bidones deben volver a cerrarse herm\u00e9ticamente despu\u00e9s de su uso; la caducidad es de 24 meses a partir de la fecha de producci\u00f3n si se almacena en las condiciones indicadas.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
