El 1006P es un l\u00edquido viscoso ani\u00f3nico, soluble en agua, de color amarillo p\u00e1lido y olor suave. Presenta excelentes propiedades humectantes, emulsionantes e inhibidoras de la corrosi\u00f3n, baja formaci\u00f3n de espuma, alta tolerancia a los electrolitos y buena estabilidad t\u00e9rmica entre -10 \u00b0C y 180 \u00b0C, permaneciendo transparente en soluciones acuosas de pH 2 a 12.<\/p>\n

3.\u00c1mbito de aplicaci\u00f3n y uso<\/h3>\n

El 1006P se utiliza ampliamente como emulsionante de alto rendimiento, agente humectante o inhibidor de la corrosi\u00f3n en acabados textiles, formulaciones agroqu\u00edmicas, fluidos para trabajar metales, limpiadores industriales y revestimientos acuosos. La dosificaci\u00f3n t\u00edpica oscila entre 0,2 % y 2,0 % en peso de la formulaci\u00f3n. En fluidos para trabajar metales, puede sustituir a los sulfonatos de petr\u00f3leo para mejorar la lubricidad y la vida \u00fatil de las herramientas; en concentrados emulsionables, estabiliza los sistemas O\/W en amplios intervalos de temperatura y en condiciones de aguas duras.<\/p>\n

4.Embalaje y almacenamiento<\/h3>\n

El 1006P se suministra en bidones de acero recubiertos de epoxi y nitr\u00f3geno de 200 kg netos o en contenedores IBC de 1000 kg. Cada bid\u00f3n va precintado con un tap\u00f3n de pl\u00e1stico a prueba de manipulaciones y retractilado en pal\u00e9s de exportaci\u00f3n. Almacenar en un almac\u00e9n fresco, seco y bien ventilado, alejado de la luz solar directa, la humedad y los oxidantes. Mantener los envases bien cerrados y evitar la exposici\u00f3n prolongada a temperaturas inferiores a -5 \u00b0C o superiores a 40 \u00b0C.
