Sirve como disolvente y regulador del pH en las industrias alimentaria, farmac\u00e9utica y textil, y es el ingrediente activo del vinagre. Tambi\u00e9n se emplea en la esterificaci\u00f3n para producir \u00e9steres de acetato utilizados como aromatizantes, fragancias y revestimientos.<\/p>\n<h3>4.Embalaje y almacenamiento<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El \u00e1cido ac\u00e9tico se envasa en garrafas de HDPE de 25 kg, bidones de HDPE de 200 kg o contenedores IBC de 1.000 kg. Los env\u00edos a granel utilizan tanques ISO de acero inoxidable de 20-25 t revestidos de acero inoxidable 316L. Almacenar en un lugar fresco, seco y bien ventilado, lejos de oxidantes, bases y metales.
