Los agentes antiest\u00e1ticos son un tipo de aditivo que se a\u00f1ade a los pl\u00e1sticos o se recubre en la superficie de los productos moldeados para reducir la acumulaci\u00f3n de electricidad est\u00e1tica. En general, seg\u00fan los distintos m\u00e9todos de aplicaci\u00f3n, los agentes antiest\u00e1ticos pueden clasificarse en dos categor\u00edas principales: los de adici\u00f3n interna y los de recubrimiento externo. El principal tipo utilizado en pl\u00e1sticos es el agente antiest\u00e1tico de tipo adici\u00f3n interna. Tambi\u00e9n pueden dividirse en dos categor\u00edas principales seg\u00fan el rendimiento de los agentes antiest\u00e1ticos: temporales y permanentes.<\/p>\n

Se utiliza como agente antiest\u00e1tico, emulsionante, rehumectante y lubricante<\/p>\n

Apto para pesticidas, herbicidas, aditivos para aceites y lubricantes textiles<\/p>\n

Se utiliza como emulsionante para tintas al agua y cosm\u00e9ticos<\/p>\n

Caracter\u00edsticas del producto y aplicaciones de cada modelo:<\/p>\n

(1) Dibeta-hidroxietil cocamidopropilamina:<\/p>\n

Se utiliza como aditivo interno tipo agente antiest\u00e1tico para resinas de polipropileno y ABS<\/p>\n

Adecuado para sistemas de generaci\u00f3n y circulaci\u00f3n de vapor, tambi\u00e9n tiene funciones antiest\u00e1ticas y anticorrosi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

(2) Bis-(\u03b2-hidroxietil) amina de \u00e1cido este\u00e1rico:<\/p>\n

Agente antiest\u00e1tico espec\u00edfico para pl\u00e1sticos, especialmente indicado para poliestireno y sus copol\u00edmeros<\/p>\n

Tiene una excelente compatibilidad, resistencia al calor y estabilidad, y es seguro y no t\u00f3xico.<\/p>\n

Casos t\u00edpicos de aplicaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n

\u2460 Tuber\u00edas de miner\u00eda: La adici\u00f3n de 0,25 partes (que contienen materiales auxiliares 55%) al polietileno de alta presi\u00f3n puede estabilizar la resistencia superficial a 10\u2078 \u03a9.<\/p>\n

\u2461 Recipientes interiores para lavadoras: La adici\u00f3n de 0,3 - 0,5% (que contiene materiales auxiliares 55%) a la resina de polipropileno hace que los productos sean menos propensos a mancharse y m\u00e1s f\u00e1ciles de limpiar.<\/p>\n

Tambi\u00e9n puede servir como emulsionante para sustancias a base de aceite con propiedades anticorrosivas.<\/p>\n

(3) Dibeta-hidroxietil estearamina:<\/p>\n

Se utiliza como aditivo interno tipo agente antiest\u00e1tico para polietileno<\/p>\n

La cantidad de adici\u00f3n recomendada es de 0,5 - 2%.<\/p>\n
