Este emulsionante es muy soluble en agua y posee excelentes propiedades emulsionantes y dispersantes. Es especialmente adecuado para la producci\u00f3n de diversas microemulsiones de aceites de silicona amino de tipo O\/W (valor de amon\u00edaco entre 0,1 y 0,6). Tiene las ventajas de un funcionamiento sencillo, un gran poder emulsionante y una buena estabilidad en la emulsificaci\u00f3n y la dispersi\u00f3n. Actualmente es el producto emulsionante de aceite de silicona amino m\u00e1s superior disponible en el mercado en t\u00e9rminos de rendimiento.<\/p>\n

El AMM es aplicable a aceites de silicona de baja y media viscosidad (con viscosidad \u2264 6000 cp), mientras que el AMH es adecuado para aceites de silicona de alta viscosidad (con viscosidad \u2264 50000 cp).<\/p>\n

\u4e09\uff0e\u00c1mbito de aplicaci\u00f3n y uso<\/h3>\n

A\u00f1ada el emulsionante y el aceite de silicona amino al tanque de emulsificaci\u00f3n seg\u00fan el contenido de s\u00f3lidos requerido. Utilice 10 partes de emulsionante y 20 partes de aceite de silicona amino. M\u00e9zclelos bien agitando. A\u00f1ada 0,15 partes de \u00e1cido ac\u00e9tico y 5 partes de agua. Remover de 20 a 30 minutos. A continuaci\u00f3n, a\u00f1adir lentamente 20 partes de agua y remover durante 30 minutos. Diluir con 20 partes de agua y remover de 10 a 20 minutos hasta que se forme una emulsi\u00f3n uniforme. A\u00f1adir 0,15 partes de \u00e1cido ac\u00e9tico y ajustar el pH entre 5,5 y 6,0.
