El diclorometano es un l\u00edquido transparente, incoloro y vol\u00e1til con un olor suave, dulce y parecido al \u00e9ter. El diclorometano se utiliza principalmente como disolvente en decapantes de pintura, agentes desengrasantes y productos en aerosol. Tambi\u00e9n se emplea en la producci\u00f3n de resinas de policarbonato, espumas de poliuretano y como agente de limpieza en las industrias electr\u00f3nica y metal\u00fargica. En los sectores alimentario y farmac\u00e9utico, sirve como disolvente de extracci\u00f3n de cafe\u00edna, especias y l\u00fapulo. Su bajo punto de ebullici\u00f3n y alta volatilidad lo hacen ideal para procesos que requieren una evaporaci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida y un m\u00ednimo de residuos.<\/p>\n
