一.Propriété du produit
The anti-static agent MOA3PK is a highly efficient and long-lasting quaternary ammonium salt type anti-static agent. At room temperature, it presents as a red-brown transparent viscous liquid (at 25℃). This product has a mild pH value of 6.0-8.0 (1% aqueous solution, tested at 20℃), with a quaternary ammonium active ingredient content of up to 55%-60%, ensuring excellent anti-static performance. Its molecular structure endows the product with excellent thermal stability and low volatility, making it particularly suitable for polymer systems that require high-temperature processing. MOA3PK also has good water solubility and material compatibility. Adding a small amount to plastics and fibers can significantly reduce the surface resistance without affecting the original performance of the substrate. This product has been widely used in electronic packaging, industrial products, and other fields. Its environmentally friendly and safe characteristics fully comply with industry standards requirements, making it an ideal alternative to traditional anti-static agents.
