Delta Nonalactone is an organic compound. At room temperature, this substance is a colorless to pale yellow liquid, with a sweet aroma of nuts, cream and coconut. It is naturally present in asparagus, milk, meat and alcoholic beverages.

3. Champ d'application et utilisation
Delta Nonalactone is mainly used to blend cream, coconut, and milk fat flavors. It is specifically applied to high-end dairy products (butter, cheese), desserts (mousse, pudding), chocolate (white chocolate), and alcoholic beverages (cream liqueur).
4. l'emballage et le stockage
Delta Nonalactone is packaged in 5kg stainless steel vacuum tanks or brown glass bottles (filled with nitrogen) with a food-grade inner lining of inert film. It should be stored under strict 2-8℃ cold chain conditions in a dark place. After opening, it needs to be immediately filled with nitrogen and used up within 2 weeks. The shelf life is 12 months (unopened).
