Dodecanal is also known as δ-decanal. Dodecanal has a sweet, fruity, milk-like, cream-like, butter-like, ester-like, wax-like, coconut-like aroma and flavor. It is a key component of the special fragrance of natural cream.

3. Champ d'application et utilisation
δ-Undecalactone (delta-decalactone) is a high-end food additive (FEMA 3294), specifically used for blending luxurious flavors such as cream, peach, and coconut. It is only applicable to top-tier desserts (Michelin-starred restaurant desserts), handmade chocolates, and limited edition liqueurs.
4. l'emballage et le stockage
The delta-decalactone is packaged in a 1kg stainless steel vacuum bottle (filled with argon gas), with a food-grade inner lining of an inert membrane. It is stored under strict 2-8℃ cold chain conditions in a dark environment. After opening, it requires argon gas protection and must be used within 72 hours. The shelf life is 6 months (unopened).
