3. Champ d'application et utilisation
The most common application of Ethyl 2-Methyl Butyrate is as a food additive. It can also be used as an organic synthesis raw material, a paper treatment agent, a softener for the fiber industry, and a softening agent for animal glue.
4. l'emballage et le stockage
2-Methylbutyric acid ethyl ester is packaged in 25kg aluminum drums or galvanized iron drums. For food-grade products, it should be lined with PE film. It should be stored in a cool, dark place (< 25℃), away from fire sources and oxidants. It must be tightly sealed to prevent evaporation. The shelf life is 24 months.
