3. Champ d'application et utilisation
Ethyl butyrate is commonly used in the production of fruit-flavored edible essences such as those for apples, bananas, and pineapples, as well as in the production of whisky flavor essences. It can also be used in the scenting of cream essences.
4. l'emballage et le stockage
Ethyl butyrate is packaged in 25kg aluminum drums or galvanized iron drums with a food-grade inner PE film lining. It should be stored in a cool and ventilated place (< 25℃), away from fire sources and oxidants. The shelf life is 24 months.
