3. Champ d'application et utilisation
It is mainly used as a flavoring agent in the food industry, and is widely used in the preparation of various fruit-flavored edible essences, such as the flavors of apricot, banana, pear, and apple. It is also an extremely excellent anti-corrosion agent, organic solvent and general reagent.
4. l'emballage et le stockage
Isovaleric acid butyrate is packaged in 25kg aluminum drums or HDPE plastic drums (protected by nitrogen). It is lined with food-grade PE film. It should be stored in a cool and ventilated place (<25℃), away from fire sources and oxidants. The shelf life is 18 months. After opening, it is recommended to be used within 6 months.
