Polypropylene glycol is a polymer, a colorless to pale yellow viscous liquid. It is non-volatile and non-corrosive. Lower molecular weight polymers can dissolve in water. Higher molecular weight polymers are only slightly soluble in water and dissolve in oils, many hydrocarbons, aliphatic alcohols, ketones, esters, etc.

3. Champ d'application et utilisation
The PPG series can be dissolved in organic solvents such as toluene, ethanol, and trichloroethylene. PPG200, 400, and 600 can be dissolved in water and possess lubricating, solubilizing, defoaming, and anti-static properties. PPG-200 can be used as a dispersant for pigments.
In cosmetics, PPG400 is used as a moisturizer, softener and lubricant.
Used as a defoamer in coatings and hydraulic oils, a defoamer in the processing of synthetic rubber and latex, a refrigerant and coolant for heat transfer fluids, and a viscosity improver.
Used as an intermediate in esterification, etherification and polymerization reactions.
Used as a demolding agent, a solubilizer, an additive for synthetic oil products, as an additive for water-soluble cutting fluids, roller oils, and hydraulic oils, a high-temperature lubricant, an internal lubricant and an external lubricant for rubber.
PPG-2000 to 8000 has excellent lubricating, anti-foaming, heat-resistant and cold-resistant properties.
PPG-3000 to 8000 are mainly used as components of polymeric polyethers and are employed in the production of polyurethane foam plastics.
PPG-3000 to 8000 can be directly or after esterification used for the production of plasticizers and lubricants.
This product can be used as a base material for cosmetics, medicine and ointments.
4. l'emballage et le stockage
Conditionnés dans des fûts en fer de 200 kg et des fûts en plastique de 50 kg.
Cette série de produits est ininflammable et peut être stockée et transportée conformément aux méthodes de stockage et de transport des produits chimiques généraux.
Conserver dans un endroit sec et bien ventilé.
Durée de conservation : deux ans.
