一．Product Property
Fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, leveling agent O, also known as Pingpingjia O, is a non-ionic type surfactant. Its appearance is milky white or beige paste-like, and when the molecular weight is high, it becomes a solid state (can be made into tablet-like solids according to requirements). It is easily soluble in water, ethanol, ethylene glycol, etc. It has a cloud point and the pH value of 1% aqueous solution is neutral. It can resist acid, alkali, hard water, heat and heavy metal salts. It has strong leveling, retardation, penetration, diffusion properties for various dyes, and has a helping finishing property during the boiling process. It can be used in conjunction with various surfactants and dyes for co-solubilization.

三．Application scope and Usage
In the textile dyeing industry, this product serves as a universal leveling agent and is applicable to direct, reduction, acid, disperse and cationic dyes. It possesses both diffusion and decolorization functions. The standard dosage is 0.2 – 1g/L. It can significantly enhance the dyeing fastness and make the color more uniform and vivid. At the same time, it effectively removes the accumulated dye residues on the fabric.
In the field of metal processing, its excellent degreasing ability can quickly remove surface oil stains, creating conditions for subsequent processes, and it also has the function of enhancing solvents (lubricants).
During the manufacturing process of glass fibers, it is used as an emulsifier for lubricating oil, which can significantly reduce the breakage rate and prevent the fibers from fraying.
As a general-purpose O/W emulsifier, this product exhibits outstanding emulsifying performance for both animal and vegetable oils as well as mineral oils. It is widely used in fields such as synthetic fiber spinning oil agents, latex products, and petroleum drilling fluids, and particularly has unique emulsifying effects on stearic acid, paraffin, and mineral oils.
In the field of agriculture, when used as a seed treatment emulsifier, it can significantly enhance the penetration of pesticides and the germination rate of seeds.
