Il convient aux parfums floraux lourds tels que le gard\u00e9nia, l'ylang-ylang, la jacinthe et m\u00eame les parfums de lys. Il peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 comme modificateur ou substitut des coumarines, et est utilis\u00e9 dans les parfums de jasmin, de lavande et d'herbes. Il doit \u00eatre stock\u00e9 dans un endroit sombre \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature ne d\u00e9passant pas 20\u2103. Apr\u00e8s ouverture, il doit \u00eatre prot\u00e9g\u00e9 par de l'azote et utilis\u00e9 dans les 3 mois.
