\nLe \u03b4-Undecalactone (delta-decalactone) est un additif alimentaire haut de gamme (FEMA 3294), sp\u00e9cifiquement utilis\u00e9 pour m\u00e9langer des saveurs luxueuses telles que la cr\u00e8me, la p\u00eache et la noix de coco. Il ne s'applique qu'aux desserts haut de gamme (desserts de restaurants \u00e9toil\u00e9s), aux chocolats faits \u00e0 la main et aux liqueurs en \u00e9dition limit\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

\nLe delta-d\u00e9calactone est conditionn\u00e9 dans une bouteille sous vide en acier inoxydable de 1 kg (remplie d'argon), avec un rev\u00eatement int\u00e9rieur de qualit\u00e9 alimentaire constitu\u00e9 d'une membrane inerte. Il est stock\u00e9 dans des conditions strictes de cha\u00eene du froid 2-8\u2103 dans un environnement sombre. Apr\u00e8s ouverture, il n\u00e9cessite une protection au gaz argon et doit \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 dans les 72 heures.
