Le HA-AL peut servir de collo\u00efde protecteur et d'agent complexant dans le processus de teinture des fibres de cellulose et des tissus m\u00e9lang\u00e9s polyester\/fibres de cellulose. Il peut emp\u00eacher la pr\u00e9cipitation pendant la teinture du tissu de base due \u00e0 l'eau dure et \u00e0 d'autres impuret\u00e9s, et peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 dans le pr\u00e9traitement de l'\u00e9bullition.<\/p>\n

Ce produit est diff\u00e9rent des agents d'eau douce ordinaires. Pendant la teinture, il ne r\u00e9agit pas avec les ions m\u00e9talliques du colorant et ne provoque pas de changements dans l'intensit\u00e9 de la couleur. Il peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 comme agent actif de d\u00e9capage des teintures, et son effet est plus \u00e9vident dans les couleurs indigo et magenta.<\/p>\n

Habituellement, apr\u00e8s la teinture de la partie polyester du tissu de base, les impuret\u00e9s du coton dissoutes dans le milieu acide ont tendance \u00e0 former des pr\u00e9cipit\u00e9s dans la cuve de teinture alcaline qui suit.<\/p>\n

Comme ce produit a un effet collo\u00efdal protecteur dans les solutions alcalines de colorants et qu'il a un effet complexant important sur les ions m\u00e9talliques tels que le calcium et le magn\u00e9sium, il convient parfaitement \u00e0 la teinture des tissus en coton avec des colorants r\u00e9ducteurs.<\/p>\n
