Champ d'application et utilisation<\/b><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Le cyclamate de sodium est principalement utilis\u00e9 comme \u00e9dulcorant artificiel non calorique dans les boissons, les desserts et les \u00e9dulcorants de table, en particulier dans les produits sans sucre ou \u00e0 teneur r\u00e9duite en sucre. Il est largement utilis\u00e9 dans les produits de boulangerie, les confitures et les chewing-gums en raison de sa stabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 la chaleur. L'\u00e9dulcorant est souvent associ\u00e9 \u00e0 la saccharine (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement dans un rapport de 10:1) pour am\u00e9liorer le profil gustatif. Les autorisations r\u00e9glementaires varient d'un pays \u00e0 l'autre, avec une utilisation restreinte sur certains march\u00e9s (par exemple, interdit aux \u00c9tats-Unis depuis 1969 mais autoris\u00e9 dans plus de 50 pays). Emballage et stockage<\/b><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Le produit est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement conditionn\u00e9 dans des sacs tiss\u00e9s en poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne de qualit\u00e9 alimentaire de 25 kg ou dans des f\u00fbts en fibre. Le produit doit \u00eatre stock\u00e9 dans des conditions fra\u00eeches et s\u00e8ches (&lt;25\u00b0C) avec une humidit\u00e9 relative inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 60%, \u00e0 l&#039;abri des oxydants puissants. Le mat\u00e9riau reste stable pendant 36 mois lorsqu&#039;il est correctement scell\u00e9. Lors de la manipulation, \u00e9viter la formation de poussi\u00e8res et utiliser les EPI appropri\u00e9s (gants, masques) car la poudre peut provoquer une l\u00e9g\u00e8re irritation des voies respiratoires.
