Champ d'application et utilisation<\/b><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>La CMC-Na est un additif alimentaire multifonctionnel, principalement utilis\u00e9 comme \u00e9paississant, stabilisateur et agent de r\u00e9tention de l'humidit\u00e9 dans divers produits. Il am\u00e9liore la texture des cr\u00e8mes glac\u00e9es, pr\u00e9vient la syn\u00e9r\u00e8se dans les produits laitiers et am\u00e9liore la sensation en bouche dans les boissons. Le compos\u00e9 agit comme un liant dans les produits de boulangerie et comme un agent de suspension dans les vinaigrettes\/sauces. Emballage et stockage<\/b><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>La CMC-Na est conditionn\u00e9e dans des sacs en papier kraft multicouches de 25 kg avec une doublure en poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne ou dans des f\u00fbts en fibre de 20 kg. Le stockage n\u00e9cessite un environnement sec et ventil\u00e9 \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 25\u00b0C et une humidit\u00e9 relative inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 65%. Les conteneurs doivent rester scell\u00e9s pour \u00e9viter l'absorption d'humidit\u00e9 et l'agglom\u00e9ration. \u00c9viter la lumi\u00e8re directe du soleil et stocker \u00e0 l'abri des oxydants puissants.
