Champ d'application et utilisation<\/h4>\n<p>La maltodextrine est largement utilis\u00e9e dans divers domaines : elle sert d'agent \u00e9paississant et de support dans les aliments, am\u00e9liorant la texture de produits tels que le lait en poudre et la cr\u00e8me glac\u00e9e ; elle est utilis\u00e9e comme excipient dans l'industrie pharmaceutique ; elle est utilis\u00e9e comme composant lisse dans les cosm\u00e9tiques sous forme de poudre de talc ; et elle est utilis\u00e9e dans l'industrie comme adh\u00e9sif et gla\u00e7ure c\u00e9ramique. Pendant le stockage, l'environnement doit \u00eatre frais et sec (temp\u00e9rature &lt; 25\u2103, humidit\u00e9 &lt; 65%), en \u00e9vitant la lumi\u00e8re directe du soleil et en le stockant \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9cart des articles odorants.
