1.Propri\u00e9t\u00e9 du produit<\/h4>\n

Le bicarbonate de sodium, dont la formule chimique est NaHCO\u2083, est un compos\u00e9 inorganique. C'est une poudre blanche ou de fins cristaux, inodore, au go\u00fbt sal\u00e9, soluble dans l'eau, l\u00e9g\u00e8rement soluble dans l'\u00e9thanol (certaines sources disent qu'il est insoluble), et la solution aqueuse est l\u00e9g\u00e8rement alcaline. Il se d\u00e9compose facilement en chauffant, se d\u00e9compose lentement dans l'air humide, g\u00e9n\u00e9rant du dioxyde de carbone, commen\u00e7ant \u00e0 se d\u00e9composer \u00e0 environ 50\u2103, et se d\u00e9compose compl\u00e8tement lorsqu'il est chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 270\u2103. Le bicarbonate de sodium (bicarbonate de soude) est largement utilis\u00e9 dans l'alimentation, les produits pharmaceutiques (antiacides, comprim\u00e9s effervescents), les soins personnels (dentifrice, d\u00e9odorant) et l'industrie (extincteurs, traitement de l'eau, agents de nettoyage). Le bicarbonate de sodium est conditionn\u00e9 dans des sacs tiss\u00e9s r\u00e9sistants \u00e0 l'humidit\u00e9 de 25kg\/50kg (film PE int\u00e9rieur de qualit\u00e9 alimentaire, sacs en aluminium de qualit\u00e9 pharmaceutique). Stocker dans un endroit frais et sec (<25\u00b0C, humidit\u00e9 relative \u226460%), en \u00e9vitant tout contact avec des substances acides. La dur\u00e9e de conservation est de 12 mois.
