PEG-7 glyceryl cocoate is a light-yellow to white, low-odour liquid at 25 \u00b0C. It is fully miscible with water and most cosmetic oils, provides excellent emolliency and refatting, and is stable over pH 3\u20139 and up to 80 \u00b0C. The ester exhibits mild cleansing action, low irritation, and good skin compatibility.<\/p>\n

3.Champ d'application et utilisation<\/h4>\n

PEG-7 glyceryl cocoate is used as a mild refatting agent and co-surfactant in shampoos, shower gels, facial cleansers and baby-care products to prevent drying while maintaining foam. In industrial hard-surface cleaners it acts as an emulsifier for oily soils. Typical dosage is 2\u20138 % in rinse-off formulations and 1\u20133 % in leave-on products.<\/p>\n

Supplied in 50 kg blue HDPE drums (\u00d8 380 \u00d7 480 mm) with tamper-evident screw caps. Store at 5\u201335 \u00b0C in a dry, well-ventilated area away from strong acids, oxidizers and direct sunlight. Keep drums tightly closed.
