A165 est un flocon, une poudre ou un granul\u00e9 blanc \u00e0 l\u00e9g\u00e8rement jaun\u00e2tre. Il s'agit d'un syst\u00e8me auto-\u00e9mulsionnant anionique\/non-ionique avec un HLB de 11,2. Le produit se disperse facilement dans l'eau chaude, donnant des \u00e9mulsions huile dans eau stables m\u00eame \u00e0 faible pH ou \u00e0 des niveaux \u00e9lev\u00e9s d'\u00e9lectrolytes, et permet de fabriquer des lotions \u00e0 faible viscosit\u00e9 sans co-\u00e9mulsifiants suppl\u00e9mentaires.<\/p>\n

3.Champ d'application et utilisation<\/h3>\n

A165 est largement utilis\u00e9 comme auto-\u00e9mulsifiant unique pour les cr\u00e8mes et les lotions de faible viscosit\u00e9, en particulier celles qui sont riches en huiles non polaires. Il tol\u00e8re un pH faible et des concentrations \u00e9lev\u00e9es d'\u00e9lectrolytes, ce qui le rend id\u00e9al pour les roll-ons anti-transpirants, les nettoyants acides pour le visage et les \u00e9mulsions de protection solaire. Le dosage typique est de 2 \u00e0 5 % de la phase huileuse dans les \u00e9mulsions trait\u00e9es \u00e0 chaud ; il peut \u00eatre combin\u00e9 avec d'autres \u00e9mulsifiants pour ajuster la viscosit\u00e9 ou la texture.<\/p>\n

\nLivr\u00e9 dans des sacs en papier kraft multicouches de 25 kg avec rev\u00eatement int\u00e9rieur en PE, palettis\u00e9s et emball\u00e9s sous film r\u00e9tractable. Stocker dans un entrep\u00f4t sec et bien ventil\u00e9, \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature comprise entre 5 et 35 \u00b0C, \u00e0 l'abri de l'humidit\u00e9 et des oxydants puissants.
