3. Champ d'application et utilisation<\/h4>\n

Le caproate d'\u00e9thyle est principalement utilis\u00e9 dans le domaine des ar\u00f4mes alimentaires. Il peut simuler les parfums de fruits tels que la noix de coco, la poire et le brandy. Lorsqu'il est utilis\u00e9 comme composant aromatique dans une liqueur, il peut renforcer la pl\u00e9nitude de la liqueur et donner un ar\u00f4me similaire \u00e0 celui du brandy. En outre, sa structure ester est souvent utilis\u00e9e dans la formulation de parfums, d'ar\u00f4mes \u00e0 base de savon et d'autres produits chimiques quotidiens.<\/p>\n
