L'huile de ricin hydrog\u00e9n\u00e9e PEG-40 est un liquide visqueux ou une p\u00e2te molle de couleur jaune clair \u00e0 ambr\u00e9e \u00e0 25 \u00b0C. Elle est soluble dans l'eau, les alcools et la plupart des solvants organiques, donnant des solutions claires au-dessus de son point de trouble. Le produit est non ionique, offre un excellent pouvoir \u00e9mulsifiant, solubilisant et mouillant, est pratiquement inodore et est bien tol\u00e9r\u00e9 par la peau et les muqueuses\u3002.<\/p>\n

3.Champ d'application et utilisation<\/h3>\n

Le PEG-40 est largement utilis\u00e9 comme \u00e9mulsifiant et solubilisant dans les formulations cosm\u00e9tiques, pharmaceutiques et industrielles. Il stabilise les \u00e9mulsions huile dans eau, solubilise les huiles essentielles et les parfums, et am\u00e9liore la dispersion des actifs hydrophobes dans les milieux aqueux. Le dosage cosm\u00e9tique typique est de 0,5-5 % ; dans les pr\u00e9parations pharmaceutiques, il sert de solubilisant pour les m\u00e9dicaments peu solubles. Il est \u00e9galement utilis\u00e9 dans les concentr\u00e9s \u00e9mulsifiables agrochimiques et les fluides pour le travail des m\u00e9taux.<\/p>\n

Livr\u00e9 en f\u00fbts d'acier rev\u00eatus d'\u00e9poxy de 190 kg ou en conteneurs IBC de 1 000 kg, poids net. Stocker dans un entrep\u00f4t frais, sec et ventil\u00e9, \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature comprise entre 5 et 35 \u00b0C, \u00e0 l'abri de la lumi\u00e8re directe du soleil, de l'humidit\u00e9 et des oxydants puissants. Garder les conteneurs herm\u00e9tiquement ferm\u00e9s pour \u00e9viter l'absorption d'humidit\u00e9. La dur\u00e9e de conservation est de 24 mois \u00e0 partir de la date de fabrication dans les conditions de stockage recommand\u00e9es.<\/p>\n
