L'acide hexano\u00efque est un acide organique important, principalement utilis\u00e9 dans les ar\u00f4mes alimentaires (pour le m\u00e9lange de fromage, les ar\u00f4mes de fruits, FEMA 2559), les interm\u00e9diaires pharmaceutiques (pour la synth\u00e8se de m\u00e9dicaments), les additifs alimentaires (pour la conservation et la promotion de la croissance) et les domaines industriels (lubrifiants, additifs pour le traitement du caoutchouc). Ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s uniques en mati\u00e8re d'acides gras en font une mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re multifonctionnelle dans les secteurs de l'alimentation, de l'agriculture et de la chimie.<\/p>\n

4. l'emballage et le stockage<\/h4>\n

L'acide hexano\u00efque est conditionn\u00e9 dans des f\u00fbts en plastique HDPE de 25 kg ou dans des f\u00fbts en aluminium. Pour les produits de qualit\u00e9 alimentaire, l'azote doit \u00eatre rempli pour la protection. Il doit \u00eatre stock\u00e9 dans un endroit frais et sombre (< 25\u2103), ferm\u00e9 herm\u00e9tiquement pour \u00e9viter l'oxydation, et tenu \u00e0 l'\u00e9cart des alcalis et des oxydants.
