L'\u00e9mulsifiant White Oil est un liquide jaune p\u00e2le compos\u00e9 de tensioactifs non ioniques actifs \u226599 % et d'auxiliaires synergiques. Il forme rapidement des micro-\u00e9mulsions huile dans eau stables avec un reflet bleu caract\u00e9ristique, pr\u00e9sente une faible irritation, reste compatible avec la plupart des additifs cosm\u00e9tiques et industriels et ne n\u00e9cessite qu'un simple \u00e9quipement d'agitation pour la mise en \u0153uvre.<\/p>\n

3.Champ d'application et utilisation<\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

L'\u00e9mulsifiant est con\u00e7u pour les cr\u00e8mes et lotions cosm\u00e9tiques, les fluides pour le travail des m\u00e9taux, les assouplisseurs textiles, les adjuvants agricoles, les produits d'entretien et toute formulation n\u00e9cessitant une huile blanche finement dispers\u00e9e. Verser 10-15 % de l'\u00e9mulsifiant dans l'eau sous agitation mod\u00e9r\u00e9e, ajouter lentement l'huile blanche requise et continuer \u00e0 agiter jusqu'\u00e0 l'obtention d'une micro-\u00e9mulsion uniforme et bleut\u00e9e. Ajuster la temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 25-60 \u00b0C pour un traitement plus rapide ; les \u00e9mulsions finales restent stables entre 5 \u00b0C et 50 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n

Le produit est disponible en f\u00fbts de 50 kg et 200 kg en poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne \u00e0 t\u00eate serr\u00e9e ou en acier rev\u00eatu de r\u00e9sine \u00e9poxy-ph\u00e9nolique. Stocker dans un entrep\u00f4t frais, sec et bien ventil\u00e9, \u00e0 l'abri de la lumi\u00e8re directe du soleil, des oxydants et des acides forts. Garder les conteneurs herm\u00e9tiquement ferm\u00e9s ; \u00e9viter le gel. Dans les conditions recommand\u00e9es, la dur\u00e9e de conservation est de 24 mois \u00e0 compter de la date de fabrication.
