Softener Paste 802 is a pale-yellow to brownish paste, pH 5\u20137 (1 %), active matter 88\u201392 %. It dissolves in cold water forming low-foam emulsions and imparts outstanding softness, smoothness, antistatic and hydrophilic properties to all natural and synthetic fibres. It is non-yellowing, stable to acids and compatible with most dyeing auxiliaries.<\/p>\n

3.Champ d'application et utilisation<\/h3>\n

Designed for exhaust and pad processes on cotton, viscose, polyester, nylon, acrylic and their blends. The paste is first diluted to 10 % stock emulsion; final bath is 1\u20133 % o.w.f. in exhaust (40\u201350 \u00b0C, 20\u201330 min, pH 4\u20136) or 20\u201360 g L\u207b\u00b9 in pad (pick-up 60\u201380 %, drying 110\u2013130 \u00b0C). It yields full, silky, smooth hand with excellent absorbency and sewability.<\/p>\n

4. l'emballage et le stockage
\nSupplied in 50 kg net PE drums. Keep containers tightly closed in a cool, dry, well-ventilated warehouse away from direct sunlight, frost and ignition sources. Avoid contamination with strong acids, alkalis or oxidants.
