S-15 est une p\u00e2te jaune p\u00e2le qui se dissout facilement dans l'eau et dans certains solvants organiques. Elle pr\u00e9sente un excellent pouvoir de solubilisation, de d\u00e9tergence, d'\u00e9mulsification et de dispersion, tout en restant stable au-dessus de 100 \u00b0C. Le produit est l\u00e9g\u00e8rement acide (pH 4-7, solution 1 %) et donne de meilleurs r\u00e9sultats dans des conditions neutres ou l\u00e9g\u00e8rement acides, en \u00e9vitant les milieux alcalins.<\/p>\n

3.Champ d'application et utilisation<\/h3>\n

Le S-15 est con\u00e7u pour les syst\u00e8mes d'avivage de galvanoplastie, o\u00f9 il solubilise le benzylid\u00e8ne-ac\u00e9tone dans un rapport de poids de 1:7-9 (BZA:S-15), emp\u00eachant le trouble du bain m\u00eame pendant un fonctionnement estival continu. Il est \u00e9galement utilis\u00e9 dans les nettoyants d\u00e9graissants pour m\u00e9taux afin de renforcer la d\u00e9tergence et sert d'\u00e9mulsifiant principal dans la polym\u00e9risation en \u00e9mulsion. Pour de meilleurs r\u00e9sultats, utiliser dans des milieux neutres \u00e0 l\u00e9g\u00e8rement acides et \u00e9viter les conditions alcalines.<\/p>\n

4. l'emballage et le stockage<\/h3>\n

Le S-15 est fourni dans des f\u00fbts bleus de 50 kg en PEHD \u00e0 t\u00eate serr\u00e9e avec des bouchons inviolables. Le produit est class\u00e9 comme non dangereux et ininflammable ; il doit donc \u00eatre manipul\u00e9 et transport\u00e9 comme un produit chimique ordinaire. Stocker dans un entrep\u00f4t frais, sec et bien ventil\u00e9, \u00e0 l'abri de la lumi\u00e8re directe du soleil, des oxydants puissants et des substances alcalines. Garder les f\u00fbts herm\u00e9tiquement ferm\u00e9s pendant le stockage.
