L'ac\u00e9tate de m\u00e9thyle est un solvant \u00e0 \u00e9vaporation rapide largement utilis\u00e9 dans la nitrocellulose, l'ac\u00e9tate de cellulose, les peintures, les rev\u00eatements, les adh\u00e9sifs et les dissolvants de vernis \u00e0 ongles. Il sert d'interm\u00e9diaire dans la synth\u00e8se organique pour produire des produits pharmaceutiques, agrochimiques et des parfums. Sa faible toxicit\u00e9 et son odeur agr\u00e9able lui permettent \u00e9galement d'\u00eatre utilis\u00e9 dans les processus d'aromatisation et d'extraction de qualit\u00e9 alimentaire.<\/p>\n
