Pyridine is a versatile solvent and building block for agrochemicals, pharmaceuticals and fine chemicals. It is used to synthesize vitamins B3 and B6, antihistamines and local anesthetics, and serves as a precursor for herbicides such as paraquat and diquat. In rubber and textile industries it accelerates vulcanization and aids dye leveling, while its strong coordination ability makes it an essential ligand in catalysis and analytical chemistry.<\/p>\n

Pyridine is supplied in 200 L epoxy-coated steel drums (net 190 kg), 25 L UN-approved HDPE drums (net 24 kg), or 1 L borosilicate glass bottles (net 0.9 kg).
