Le PMA est un liquide incolore et volatil avec une l\u00e9g\u00e8re odeur d'ester. Il pr\u00e9sente une excellente solubilit\u00e9 dans l'eau et la plupart des solvants organiques, avec un point d'\u00e9bullition de 146\u00b0C et une faible viscosit\u00e9. En tant qu'\u00e9ther glycolique, il combine les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s des \u00e9thers et des ac\u00e9tates, offrant des taux d'\u00e9vaporation \u00e9quilibr\u00e9s et un bon pouvoir solvant pour les r\u00e9sines et les polym\u00e8res. 3. Champ d'application et utilisation<\/b><\/strong><\/h3>\n

Le PMA est largement utilis\u00e9 comme solvant dans les peintures, les rev\u00eatements et les encres en raison de son efficacit\u00e9 \u00e0 dissoudre les r\u00e9sines et de son taux d'\u00e9vaporation lent. Il est un composant cl\u00e9 dans les formulations de r\u00e9sine photosensible pour la fabrication de semi-conducteurs et d'\u00e9crans. Dans l'\u00e9lectronique, il nettoie les circuits imprim\u00e9s et \u00e9limine les flux. L'industrie des adh\u00e9sifs l'utilise pour les syst\u00e8mes de polyur\u00e9thane et d'\u00e9poxy. En outre, il sert d'agent coalescent dans les peintures au latex et de solvant porteur pour les colorants. Une manipulation s\u00fbre n\u00e9cessite une ventilation ad\u00e9quate afin de minimiser l'exposition par inhalation.<\/p>\n

4. Emballage et stockage<\/b><\/strong><\/h3>\n

Le PMA est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement conditionn\u00e9 dans des f\u00fbts en acier de 200 litres ou des conteneurs IBC de 1 000 litres avec des rev\u00eatements en poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne. Stocker dans un endroit frais et bien ventil\u00e9, \u00e0 l'abri de la lumi\u00e8re directe du soleil et des sources d'inflammation. Les conteneurs doivent \u00eatre ferm\u00e9s herm\u00e9tiquement pour \u00e9viter l'absorption d'humidit\u00e9 et la volatilisation. La dur\u00e9e de conservation est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 24 mois lorsque le produit est stock\u00e9 \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 30\u00b0C. Transporter comme un liquide inflammable (UN 1993) avec un \u00e9tiquetage de danger appropri\u00e9. Utiliser un \u00e9quipement reli\u00e9 \u00e0 la terre pendant le transfert pour \u00e9viter les d\u00e9charges d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 statique.
